Why have we made this change?
This change supports our ongoing efforts to centralise processes and simplify ownership, making it easier for Capacity Providers to access the information they need, improving the overall customer experience.
Where can you find the report?
The report is now available under the Settlement Data for Capacity Providers webpage.
To support this change, we have also updated our Stakeholder Support for Capacity Providers webpage, with a new step dedicated to explaining the report, as well as other useful information including frequency of publication and what to do if your CMU does not appear on the report.

What is the SPD & EP Pass Report?
For context, the SPD & EP Pass Report provides confirmation of whether your Capacity Market Units (CMUs) have met their Satisfactory Performance Day and / or Extended Performance requirements and it was designed to reduce administrative burden across Capacity Providers and Delivery Partners. This report was previously published by Electricity Settlements Company within their Data Portal.
