For those Capacity Providers that did not demonstrate their Satisfactory Performance by 30 April 2026, you now have until 31 July 2026 to fulfill this requirement. If you do not fulfil this requirement by 31 July 2026, your capacity agreement will be terminated.
This deadline is for the following generating CMU types for both T-1 and T-4 Auctions, for the 2025/26 Delivery Year:
- Proven DSR
- Unproven DSR
- New Build
- Existing Generating
- Existing Interconnector
- Prospective Interconnector
- Refurbishing
