Under Capacity Market arrangements, all Capacity Market Units are required to demonstrate capacity at or above its Capacity Obligation during at least one Settlement Period on three separate Settlement Dates by 30 April of each Delivery Year.
As the Satisfactory Performance Day (SPD) and Extended Performance (EP) deadline nears, EMRS will increase the publication frequency of the SPD and EP Report from fortnightly to weekly, effective 27 March 2026.
