The Low Carbon Contracts Company (LCCC) is required to determine the Total Reserve Amount and Interim Levy Rate for the Quarterly Obligation Period 1 October 2023 to 31 December 2023.
Once confirmed, we will notify Suppliers in accordance with the Contracts for Difference (Electricity Supplier Obligations) Regulations 2014 (the “Supplier Obligation Regulations”) of the Supplier’s Reserve Payment Amount and the Interim Levy Rate.
