Please be advised that this maintenance did not go ahead and we are working with an external service provider to reschedule this work.

We would like to advise from 12:00pm on Friday 30 June 2023 to 8:30am on Monday 3 July 2023, the Jira Service Management application used to manage the Service Desk is going to be down for maintenance.

How will this impact the EMRS Service Desk?                      

During this short period of maintenance, the following is impacted:

  • Issue of ticket reference numbers
  • Ability for Operators to respond via the Service Desk
  • Ticket status notifications

This includes the [email protected] and [email protected] email addresses.

Rest assured we have chosen the quietest period to undertake this maintenance to minimise impact on our customers.

What should I do if I have an urgent query or service request?

If you do have an urgent query or service request during this period, please call the Service Desk on 020 7380 4333 and the team will be happy to assist.

What happens when the maintenance is completed?

We are confident the Service Desk will be fully restored at around 8:30am on Monday 3 July 2023. Any emails received during the downtime will load into the Service Desk and ticket reference numbers will be issued. All other activities will resume from this point.

When will I receive a further update?

We will provide an update following the completion of this maintenance on Monday 3 July 2023.
