Suppliers are required, under the Electricity Capacity (Supplier Payment etc.) Regulations 2014, to provide a forecast of their Gross Demand for the Period of High Demand (Peak Period) for the 2020/21 Delivery Year, by 1 June 2020.
This forecast is used to calculate Suppliers’ monthly Capacity Market Supplier Charge and monthly Credit Cover requirements. Further information is available in EMRC208 which provides with information on:
