On Monday 25 January 2016, DECC published the response to feedback received from the consultation on the proposed 2016/17 operational costs and resulting levies for the Low Carbon Contracts Company and the Electricity Settlements Company. The operational costs of the companies are recovered through levies on electricity Suppliers and revised levies for 2016/17 are included in regulations that have been laid in Parliament today. The associated regulations will soon be available on the legislation.gov.uk website.
