Means a payment that, following a reconciliation determination, the revenue collection counterparty must make to an electricity supplier, or that an electricity supplier must make to the revenue collection counterparty, and which must be made by the 5th working day after the day on which the revenue collection counterparty has issued a notice to that supplier.
