In EMR Circular 59, issued today, we informed Suppliers, CFD Generators and Energy Intensive Industries (EIIs) that on Monday 14 September 2015, the Department of Energy and Climate Change (DECC) published the consultation CFD Supplier Obligation: Consultation on improving efficiency & transparency. The deadline to submit responses is Friday 23 October 2015.
To support this consultation, DECC is hosting a CFD Supplier Obligation consultation event on Monday 5 October 2015. This will be an opportunity to discuss the proposals to amend the CFD Supplier Obligation with DECC.
