Last month, the Capacity Market Advisory Group (CMAG) discussed reviewing the existing Independent Technical Expert (ITE) provisions within the Capacity Market Rules.
An action from the meeting was that an expert subgroup will be organised to conduct a review of the existing Independent Technical Expert (ITE) provisions and where appropriate, make recommendations for Change Proposals for the CMAG to consider.
