The government has published its response to the Low Carbon Contracts Company (LCCC) and Electricity Settlements Company (ESC) consultation on Operational Costs for the 2026/27, 2027/28 and 2028/29 Delivery Years.
As a result, we have updated the Key Payment Figures for the 2026/27 Delivery Year to include the following:
- Operational Cost Levy (OCL) for Contracts for Difference (CfD) and Nuclear Regulated Asset Base (RAB)
