EMR Settlement Ltd (EMRS) is a wholly owned subsidiary of ELEXON Ltd and was set up in March 2014 to deliver settlement services, under contract (the Settlement Services Provider Agreement or SSPA), to the Low Carbon Contracts Company (LCCC) and the Electricity Settlement Company (ESC), for the Contract for Difference (CfD) and Capacity Market (CM) respectively.
