“De-rated Capacity,” as defined by the Capacity Market Rules, means, for any CMU and Capacity Auction, an amount (in MW) equal to the product of: (a) for a Generating CMU, its Connection Capacity; or (b) for a DSR CMU, its DSR Capacity; and the De-rating Factor, provided that the De-rated Capacity of a Pre-Refurbishment CMU must not exceed the De-rated Capacity of the related Refurbishing CMU.
