Overview
Responsibility for publishing the following registers will transfer from the Low Carbon Contracts Company (LCCC) to us:
- Contracts for Difference Credit Cover Default Register
- Contracts for Difference Non-Payment Register
Currently, these registers available on the LCCC website.
In addition, we will begin publishing the following registers on behalf of LCCC:
- Nuclear RAB Credit Cover Default Register
- Nuclear RAB Non-Payment Register
All these registers will be available on Settlement Data for Suppliers web-page via a drop-down section titled ‘Credit Cover Default & Non-payment Registers’ with supporting information available to address common queries.
This change is part of our joint effort with LCCC to simplify ownership and centralise processes. We already publish the Capacity Market Credit Cover Default Register and Non-Payment Register, so bringing these together will make it easier for Suppliers to access everything in one place.
The aim is to improve the experience for Suppliers by consolidating information on a page they already frequently visit.
These registers play a vital role in the efficient settlement for these schemes. They help promote Supplier compliance and reduce the risk of mutualisation, ensuring smoother processes for all parties involved.
Supporting Information
The registers will be published in .xlsx format and available to be downloaded. They will be updated during the first full week of each month.
The final Contracts for Difference Credit Cover Default Register and Non-Payment Register published by LCCC will cover November 2025. It was published on 3 December 2025.
These registers will be removed from LCCC’s website on 9 January 2026.

- G16 – Supplier CfD and Nuclear RAB Payments
The updates will highlight where a Supplier will be included on either the Credit Cover Default & Non-payment Registers and reference where you’d locate them.
Implementation
The registers are now available on our website as of 9 January 2026 on the Settlement Data for Suppliers web-page.
Our Service Desk is now available for any Supplier queries related to these registers.
