The Low Carbon Contract Company (LCCC) Forecasting team have published the slides that were to be presented which covered the Supplier Obligation, the Supplier Obligation Levy Rate for the 1 October 2017 to 31 December 2017, background and assumptions, and the 15 month forecast.
