On Tuesday 28 March, we will have a telephone outage. This is due to moving to a new provider which requires some changes to our communication systems. We understand this may cause some inconvenience, and we apologise in advance for any disruption to your work.

During the outage, please contact our Service Desk via [email protected] and our team will respond to your query. It is worth remembering you can use My EMRS to submit new registration, submit registration amendments, download invoices, backing data and metered data reports.

We would like to reassure you that once the work is complete, you will not notice any difference when calling the Service Desk.
