The Electricity Settlements Company, EMR Delivery Body and EMRS have written to Capacity Providers to inform them of the proposed Capacity Market (CM) Stress Event Testing programme for 2020 and 2021. We recognise the importance of operational effectiveness of all Capacity Market activities, particularly those related to Capacity Market Stress Events. The letter ‘Capacity Market Stress Event Testing Programme for 2020 and 2021’ provides an update on what has been implemented and a further programme of activities.
