Suppliers’ appointment of the Settlement Costs Levy for financial year 2015/16 has been revised as SF metered data for the high demand period is now available. EMRS, on behalf of the Electricity Settlements Company (ESC), will issue credit notes to applicable Suppliers. EMRS, on behalf of the Electricity Settlements Company (ESC), will issue invoices to applicable Suppliers. The invoice has a payment date of 31 March 2016.
