On 6 December 2016, EMRS, on behalf of Electricity Settlements Company, will issue the first Capacity Payment credit notes for the 2016/17 Delivery Year to Capacity Providers. The credit note will cover the October 2016 period and will be sent to the Capacity Provider’s company email. Payment will be made on 9 December 2016.

This impacts Capacity Providers who were awarded a Capacity Agreement for Delivery Year 2016/17.
