On Friday 13 November, Suppliers were informed that the Operational Cost Levy invoices are impacted by an error in the metered data used in the calculations. This error has been caused by a Half Hourly (HH) Data Aggregator (DA) Party Agent submitting erroneous data into BSC Settlement. The issue was identified on 12 November 2015 and communicated via ELEXON Circulars:
- EL02324 – Issue with Settlement Data, Advice Notes and Credit Cover Percentage
- EL02322 – Issue with Settlement Data and Advice Notes
This error is currently impacting CFD Settlement for Settlement Days 20 and 21 October 2015 at the SF Run. For further information please read EMRS Circular EMRC65.
