For Applicants and Capacity Providers we’ve updated our website to include the following:
- Working Practice 35 – Applicant / Capacity Provider Credit Cover has been updated. Any previous versions should be disregarded. The address to send Letters of Credit to, the bank account to lodge Credit in, and the Letter of Credit template are different to last year.
- Working Practice 22 – Applicant / Capacity Provider Registration has been published. Applicants who conditionally prequalify need to register with EMRS following the same timescales as the credit cover process.

EMRC55 was issued to provide further details to Applicants and Capacity Providers on the Capacity Market Credit Cover and Registration processes with EMRS.
