From 1 April, EMRS will begin to use a new CM Total Settlement Costs Levy amount (£4,283,000.00) when calculating Supplier’s monthly Settlement Costs Levy payment for the 2016/17 financial year. A new CFD Operational Levy Rate (£0.0509 per MWh) will also be used to calculate Supplier’s daily CFD Operational Cost payment for the 2016/17 financial year. This is subject to the Electricity Supplier Payments (Amendment) Regulations 2016 going in to force. Circular EMRC79 also provides an update on CM Settlement Costs Levy Revision for the 2015/16 financial year and the publication of EMRS Settlement Calendar for 2016/17.
