EMRS would like to inform Capacity Providers that EMRS system and process documents have been updated to reflect the changes to the Storage Facility baseline formula (OF13), effective for the 2018/19 Delivery Year.
This change was part of the conclusion of the Ofgem statutory consultation on amendments to the Capacity Market Rules 2014 and now reflected in the Capacity Market Rules 2018 Schedule 2A: Baseline Methodology for Storage Facilities.
