SUMMARY:Unproven DSR (T-1 Auction) deadline to provide Metering Test Certificate for DY 2025/26
DESCRIPTION:Capacity Providers are required to provide Metering Test Certificates to the EMR Delivery Body. For Delivery Year 2025/26\, the deadline to provide this is 14 August 2025 for Unproven DSR for those with agreements from the T-1 Auction. \nTo obtain your Metering Test Certificate\, you must first complete a Metering Test on My EMRS by submitting a Single Line Diagram\, Metering Statement and any additional supporting documentation. After completing the Metering Test\, we will notify the Capacity Provider of the outcome of the Metering Test. If successful\, the Capacity Provider will be able to request a Metering Test Certificate on My EMRS. \nWP197 – Capacity Market Metering Test is available to download and steps you through the Metering Test process.

SUMMARY:Deadline for six week baseline demand for DSR CMUs
DESCRIPTION:Under the Capacity Market Rules\, Capacity Providers are required to provide a baseline demand (in MW) for all Demand Side Response (DSR) CMU Components starting six weeks prior to the start of the next Delivery Year. During a System Stress Event\, this baseline can be compared with the actual demand to determine the volume of capacity generated through DSR at that DSR CMU Component. \nThis year the deadline to provide the baseline metered data for the 2025/26 Delivery Year is by 5:00pm on Wednesday 20 August 2025\, exactly six weeks prior to the start of the Delivery Year on 1 October 2025. \nBy 5:00pm on Wednesday 20 August 2025 you must have your metering pathways setup to ensure that by the start of the Delivery Year you will have provided six weeks’ worth of metered data. \nPlease take a look at step 5 of our Stakeholder Support for Capacity Providers webpage\, which details how to setup your metering pathways. WP195 – CM & CfD Metered Data also provides information on submitting metered data prior to the start of the Delivery Year. \nPlease get in touch via 020 7380 4333 or email contact@emrsettlement.co.uk if you have a query\, we will be happy to help.

DESCRIPTION:We have created a survey to better understand how Capacity Providers use the Metered Data Report available on My EMRS\, and how frequently it is accessed. \nWhy is this survey important? \nCapacity Providers who attended our Pre-Delivery Year event on 5 June 2025 will know we are keen to understand how the report is being used.
