SUMMARY:Credit Cover Deadline for Financial Commitment Milestone (DY 27/28)
DESCRIPTION:Capacity Providers (CPs) who have not met their Financial Commitment Milestone within 12 months of the Auction results (T-4 2027/28) must increase Credit Cover from £10k to £15k per MW per CMU. NESO have notified those CPs who have not met FCM within 12 months. \nThe deadline to lodge additional Credit Cover with us is 1 April 2025. Capacity Providers who have not lodged additional Credit Cover by the deadline will be terminated. The process to lodge Credit Cover\, as well as further detail on FCMs is available on our Stakeholder Support for Capacity Providers webpage. \nIf you are unsure how much Credit Cover you currently hold\, or how much Credit Cover you still need to lodge\, please contact our Service Desk via contact@emrsettlement.co.uk.

DESCRIPTION:You must lodge enough Credit Cover no later than 12 working days before the start of the month to meet your monthly Credit Cover requirement for each month of the Delivery Year. The amount of Credit Cover is 110% of the monthly Capacity Market Supplier Charge. \nThis is illustrated in the revised monthly Capacity Market Credit Cover and Supplier Charge schedule for the 2024/25 Delivery Year which Suppliers receive at the end of March 2025.
