DESCRIPTION:On 16 December 2022\, LCCC issued a Stakeholder Bulletin to announce for the Quarterly Obligation Period 1 October 2023 to 31 December 2023 that the Interim Levy Rate is £5.798/MWh. \nSuppliers will be required to maintain Credit Cover using the Interim Levy Rate of £5.798/MWh for this Quarterly Obligation. Further information on the process on lodging Credit Cover is available in WP42 – Supplier CfD Credit Cover. \nWe have published supporting information for Suppliers in our News Section on the website.

DESCRIPTION:Together with National Grid Delivery Body and ESC\, EMRS are hosting a webinar to support Capacity Providers with their preparations for the winter period. \nThe webinar will cover the following topics: \n\nNotification channels for a System Stress Event and the triggers for a Capacity Market Notice\nCapacity Providers Obligations if a System Stress has occurred\nRelevant Balancing Services and Relevant Interruptions\nCapacity Volume Register (CVR)\nActivities associated with Volume Reallocation\nAn update on Mock System Stress Event Reporting (this is an email to exercise to Capacity Providers)\n\nWe want to particularly encourage the attendance of Capacity Providers that are new to the Capacity Market\, as well as individuals that would be required to support activities should a Stress Event occur.
