DESCRIPTION:On 16 December 2022\, LCCC issued a Stakeholder Bulletin to announce for the Quarterly Obligation Period 1 April 2023 to 30 June 2023 that the Interim Levy Rate is £0.000/MWh. \nFrom 1 April 2023\, Suppliers will be required to maintain Credit Cover using the Interim Levy Rate of £0.000/MWh. Further information on the process on lodging or requesting excess Credit Cover is available in WP42 – Supplier CfD Credit Cover. \nWe have published supporting information for Suppliers in our News Section on the website.

SUMMARY:Supplier’s Capacity Market Monthly Credit Cover Deadline
DESCRIPTION:You must lodge enough Credit Cover no later than 12 working days before the start of the month to meet your monthly Credit Cover requirement for each month of the Delivery Year. The amount of Credit Cover is 110% of the monthly Capacity Market Supplier Charge. \nThis is illustrated in the revised monthly Capacity Market Credit Cover and Supplier Charge schedule for the 2022/23 Delivery Year which Suppliers receive at the end of March 2023.
