They have published a consultation: https://www.gov.uk/government/consultations/capacity-market-proposal-to-relax-the-rules-temporarily-in-response-to-covid-19. \nIf you wish to provide comments on these proposals\, please submit your response to this consultation by 11:45pm 30 April 2020 via email to: energy.security@beis.gov.uk. BEIS have noted that unfortunately\, due to the urgent nature of the consultation\, we will be unable to extend the deadline for responses\, and responses received after the deadline may not be taken into account.
