SUMMARY:Supplier Capacity Market Demand Forecast due
DESCRIPTION:Suppliers are required\, under the Electricity Capacity (Supplier Payment etc.) Regulations 2014\, to provide to EMRS a forecast of their Net Demand for the Periods of High Demand\, which is 4pm to 7pm on Working Days from November through to February\, for the 2016/17 Delivery Year. This forecast is used to calculate a Supplier’s Monthly Capacity Supplier Charge and a Supplier’s monthly Credit Cover requirements. Suppliers have been issued with a forecast template. This forecast should be submitted to the EMRS Service Desk (contact@emrsettlement.co.uk) by 1 June 2016. \nEMRS have published a Guidance Document (G12-Supplier CM Demand Forecast)\, Working Practice (WP05 – Supplier CM Demand Forecast) and EMR Circular 83 to provide more information.

DESCRIPTION:The Low Carbon Contracts Company (LCCC) is required to determine the Total Reserve Amount and Interim Levy Rate for the quarterly obligation period 1 October 2016 to 31 December 2016. \nOnce confirmed\, on behalf of the LCCC we’ll notify Suppliers in accordance with the Contracts for Difference (Electricity Supplier Obligations) Regulations 2014 (the “Supplier Obligation Regulations”) of the Supplier’s Reserve Payment Amount and the Interim Levy Rate.

SUMMARY:Implementation of MRA Change Proposal Clarification of EMR Invoice Numbers
DESCRIPTION:DTC Change Proposal 3482 (Clarification of EMR Invoice Numbers) to be implemented today. This change impacts Suppliers\, CFD Generators and Capacity Providers. This Change Proposal (CP) amends the description of EMR Invoice Number (Data Item J9150) to clarify that EMR Invoice Numbers are unique within Contracts For Difference (CFD) and within Capacity Market (CM)\, but not unique across EMR as a whole. As each Settlement Services Provider allocates EMR Invoice Numbers independently of the other\, the same EMR Invoice Number may be used by both. This change will assist Suppliers and other recipients of EMR backing data in validating their EMR invoices. \nFor more information\, please see circular EMRC75.
