DESCRIPTION:Suppliers are required\, under the Electricity Capacity (Supplier Payment etc.) Regulations 2014\, to provide a forecast of Gross Demand for the Period of High Demand: 4pm to 7pm on Working Days from November through to February for the 2025/26 Delivery Year. This forecast is used to calculate Suppliers’ monthly Capacity Market Supplier Charge and monthly Credit Cover requirements for 2025/26 Delivery Year. \nThe email issued to Suppliers will include the following: \n\nCSV forecast template to be completed by entering a demand figure for each of the upcoming peak months (to 3 decimal places)\, saving and attaching this to your reply to the Service Desk.\nSupporting Instructions (PDF) contains your actual peak demands for the previous two Delivery Years (where available) and further information on completing the forecast.\n\n‘Reminder’ emails will be issued at specified intervals at seven\, two and one working day prior to the Sunday 1 June 2025 demand forecast deadline. The demand forecast template and the reminders emails will be issued to the Primary Company email addresses. \nUpon returning back your completed CSV forecast templates via email\, we do ask Suppliers to provide any supporting commentary within your reply to us via the Service Desk. \nPlease visit the Stakeholder Support – CM Supplier webpage which provides information on completing your forecast. The Stakeholder Support for Capacity Provider webpage provides an interactive process map detailing the activities and interactions you’ll have with EMRS as a Capacity Provider to support you in participating in the Capacity Market scheme. \nThese dates are confirmed within the Electricity Market Reform Capacity Market Operational Plan.

DESCRIPTION:Suppliers are required to maintain their Credit Cover requirement using the Interim Levy Rate applicable for the Quarterly Obligation Period. The Interim Levy Rate of £7.608/MWh is effective from 1 January 2025 to 31 March 2025. \nIf a Supplier is required to lodge additional Credit Cover\, please ensure you have sufficient Credit Cover lodged by 5:00pm on 31 December 2024. \nWe have published supporting information about how to lodge Credit Cover for Suppliers in our News section on the website and also via the Stakeholder Support for Supplier – CfD.

DESCRIPTION:The Low Carbon Contracts Company (LCCC) is required to determine the Total Reserve Amount and Interim Levy Rate for the Quarterly Obligation Period 1 April 2025 to 30 June 2025. \nOnce confirmed\, we will notify Suppliers in accordance with the Contracts for Difference (Electricity Supplier Obligations) Regulations 2014 (the “Supplier Obligation Regulations”) of the Supplier’s Reserve Payment Amount and the Interim Levy Rate. \nThe CfD Scheme Dashboard illustrates the calculations performed to determine the Interim Levy Rate and Total Reserve Amount. It also provides a 15 month forecast and a Daily Reconciled Levy Rates. You can view the CfD Scheme Dashboard on the LCCC website.
