DESCRIPTION:We would like to advise from 5:30pm on Thursday 6 July 2023 to 8:30am on Monday 10 July 2023\, the Jira Service Management application used to manage the Service Desk is going to be down for maintenance. \nHow will this impact the EMRS Service Desk?                        \nDuring this short period of maintenance\, the following is impacted: \n\nIssue of ticket reference numbers\nAbility for Operators to respond via the Service Desk\nTicket status notifications\n\nThis includes the contact@emrsettlement.co.uk and metering@emrsettlement.co.uk email addresses. \nRest assured we have chosen the quietest period to undertake this maintenance to minimise impact on our customers. \nWhat should I do if I have an urgent query or service request?  \nIf you do have an urgent query or service request during this period\, please call the Service Desk on 020 7380 4333 and the team will be happy to assist. \nWhat happens when the maintenance is completed?  \nWe are confident the Service Desk will be fully restored at around 8:30am on Monday 10 July 2023. Any emails received during the downtime will load into the Service Desk and ticket reference numbers will be issued. All other activities will resume from this point. \nWhen will I receive a further update?  \nWe will provide an update following the completion of this maintenance on Monday 10 July 2023.

DESCRIPTION:EMRS will be carrying out a Disaster Recovery test on Saturday 20 January 2024 and Sunday 21 January 2024. \nAs a result of this\, we would like to inform all SFTP users that the Secure File Transfer Protocol (SFTP) service will not be available to receive and process any files between 10:00am on Saturday 20 January 2024 and 5:00pm on Sunday 21 January 2024.  \nAdditionally\, failed files will not be stored anywhere for EMRS to pick up at a later date. In the event that files are automated and scheduled for a set time\, and the files will fail to transfer\, please contact us to arrange alternative collection of files by Thursday 18 January 2024. \nThe service will be available again from 5:00pm on Sunday 21 January 2024.
