DESCRIPTION:Please be advised that this maintenance did not go ahead and we are working with an external service provider to reschedule this work. \n\nWe would like to advise from 12:00pm on Friday 30 June 2023 to 8:30am on Monday 3 July 2023\, the Jira Service Management application used to manage the Service Desk is going to be down for maintenance. \nHow will this impact the EMRS Service Desk?                        \nDuring this short period of maintenance\, the following is impacted: \n\nIssue of ticket reference numbers\nAbility for Operators to respond via the Service Desk\nTicket status notifications\n\nThis includes the contact@emrsettlement.co.uk and metering@emrsettlement.co.uk email addresses. \nRest assured we have chosen the quietest period to undertake this maintenance to minimise impact on our customers. \nWhat should I do if I have an urgent query or service request?  \nIf you do have an urgent query or service request during this period\, please call the Service Desk on 020 7380 4333 and the team will be happy to assist. \nWhat happens when the maintenance is completed?  \nWe are confident the Service Desk will be fully restored at around 8:30am on Monday 3 July 2023. Any emails received during the downtime will load into the Service Desk and ticket reference numbers will be issued. All other activities will resume from this point. \nWhen will I receive a further update?  \nWe will provide an update following the completion of this maintenance on Monday 3 July 2023.
