SUMMARY:LCCC to determine the Total Reserve Amount (TRA) and Interim Levy Rate (ILR) – 1 July 2020 to 30 September 2020
DESCRIPTION:The Low Carbon Contracts Company (LCCC) determined the Total Reserve Amount and Interim Levy Rate for the Quarterly Obligation Period 1 July 2020 to September 2020 are as follows: \n\nTotal Reserve Amount is £77\,016\,653.44\nInterim Levy Rate is £8.532/MWh\n\nEMRS have notified Suppliers in accordance with the Contracts for Difference (Electricity Supplier Obligations) Regulations 2014 (the “Supplier Obligation Regulations”) of the Supplier’s Reserve Payment Amount and the Interim Levy Rate. \nLCCC Forecasting team will be hosting a webinar on the ILR and TRA determined for the Quarterly Obligation Period 1 July 2020 to 30 September 2020. This will include the background and assumptions applied and provide a 15 month forecast. To register for this webinar please complete this registration link. \nFurther details can be found by reviewing the CFD Dashboards which provides details of the calculations performed to set the ILR and the TRA. \nEMRC205 provides further information and informs Suppliers if they are required to take any action.
