DESCRIPTION:Four MRA change proposals that effect the backing data sent alongside invoices and credit notes are due to be implemented today. The below table provides summary of the changes. \n  \n\n\n\nChange Proposal\nWho this Impacts\nHigh level details\n\n\nDTC CP 3488 – Enhanced Invoice Backing Data for CM Suppliers\nSuppliers\nThis adds additional data items to D0364 (CM Supplier Invoice Backing Data) to allow for more comprehensive reporting to Suppliers of the data used to calculate their Capacity Market charges related to a Delivery Year.\n\n\nDTC CP 3489 – Removal of unused data group from D0366 Data Flow \n \nCapacity Providers\nThis removes the ‘CM Outstanding Amount’ (94I) data group from the D0366 data flow (Capacity Provider Invoice Backing Data) as it is no longer needed.\n\n\nDTC CP 3490 – Enhanced Invoice Backing Data for Capacity Providers \n \nCapacity Providers\nThis adds additional data items to D0366 (Capacity Provider Invoice Backing Data) data flow to allow for more comprehensive reporting to Capacity Providers.\n\n\nDTC CP 3494 – Amending the CFD Mutualisation Type (J2056) as a result of the changes to mutualisation provisions as in The Electricity Supplier Payments (Amendment) Regulations 2016\nSuppliers\nThis amends the description of data item ‘CFD Mutualisation Type’ (J2056)’.\n\n\n\nFor further information please see EMRC87 and EMRC111 .
