It provides calculations for the Quarterly Obligation Periods for which the LCCC have determined a non-zero Interim Levy Rate\, a 15 month forecast and a Daily Reconciled Levy Rates. DESCRIPTION:The Low Carbon Contracts Company (LCCC) is required to determine the Total Reserve Amount and Interim Levy Rate for the Quarterly Obligation Period 1 July 2019 to 30 September 2019. \nOnce confirmed\, on behalf of the LCCC we’ll notify Suppliers in accordance with the Contracts for Difference (Electricity Supplier Obligations) Regulations 2014 (the “Supplier Obligation Regulations”) of the Supplier’s Reserve Payment Amount and the Interim Levy Rate. \nThe Transparency Tool illustrates the calculations performed by the Supplier Obligation Forecasting Model (SOFM) to determine the Interim Levy Rate and Total Reserve Amount. It provides calculations for the Quarterly Obligation Periods for which the LCCC have determined a non-zero Interim Levy Rate\, a 15 month forecast and a Daily Reconciled Levy Rates. DESCRIPTION:Suppliers have until the 31 December 2018 to apply for a determination that an amount of electricity supplied is Green Excluded Electricity (GEE) for the Quarterly Obligation Period 1 April 2018 to 30 June 2018. \nSuppliers seeking a determination that an amount of electricity supplied is GEE must be in accordance with the Contracts for Difference (Electricity Supplier Obligations) Regulations 2014. Suppliers should submit applications to EMRS who calculate the exemption on behalf of Low Carbon Contracts Company. \nOfgem has developed a spreadsheet that enables Suppliers to input the relevant data to evidence the supply of GEE. The spreadsheet can be used as the application. Where the amount of electricity is determined as GEE \, this will be taken into account in the Quarterly Reconciliation calculation as a retrospective amendment.
