DESCRIPTION:We’ve issued EMRC74 to inform Suppliers of the next dates for the ‘Introduction to EMR arrangements’ event that the Low Carbon Contracts Company (LCCC) and EMR Settlement Limited (EMRS) will be holding. \nThese events will introduce new Suppliers to both Contracts for Difference (CFD) and the Capacity Market (CM). SUMMARY:LCCC to determine the Interim Levy Rate and Total Reserve Amount
DESCRIPTION:The Low Carbon Contracts Company (LCCC) is required to determine the Total Reserve Amount and Interim Levy Rate for the quarterly obligation period 1 October 2016 to 31 December 2016. \nOnce confirmed\, on behalf of the LCCC we’ll notify Suppliers in accordance with the Contracts for Difference (Electricity Supplier Obligations) Regulations 2014 (the “Supplier Obligation Regulations”) of the Supplier’s Reserve Payment Amount and the Interim Levy Rate.
